  4. Cortamos los pimientos a tacos y los incorporamos.
    Sofreímos 5 o 7 minutos más
  5. Cortamos el calabacín y la berenjena a tacos y la añadimos.
    Cocinamos 20 minutos aprox
  6. Mientras pelamos los tomates escaldados.
    Le añadimos los tomates a tacos, el genjibre, la cayena, la canela y la pimienta al gusto.
  7. Le añadimos el vaso de caldo, llevamos a hevullición y cocinamos 20 y 30 minutos a fuego bajo
