- 90 grs. harina común
- 4 huevos
- 100 grs. azúcar
- 1 c.c. levadura
- 1 pizca sal
- Relleno:
- Mermelada de fresa

- 100 grs. chocolate negro postres
- 70 ml. nata líquida (35%)
- Decoración:
- Fideos de chocolate

- Precalentamos el horno a 180ºC. Separamos las claras de las yemas. Montamos las claras a punto de nieve con 50grs. de azúcar y la pizca de sal, reservamos. Añadimos los otros 50grs. de azúcar a las yemas y batimos hasta que blanqueen. Juntamos las dos preparaciones con ayuda de una espátula haciendo movimeintos suaves y envolventes. (Este proceso nos llevara un poco de tiempo pero es muy importante para que el bizcocho quede esponjoso)
- Añadimos la harina y la levadura tamizadas a la preparación y mezclamos con la espátula. Cubrimos una fuente de horno (o una especial para hacer planchas) con papel vegetal, estiramos la mezcla sobre la superficie de forma homogénea y horneamos, 20 min. a 180ºC. Sacamos el bizcocho del horno, dejamos templar unos minutos y desmoldamos sobre un paño húmedo. Luego, enrollamos el bizcocho sobre sí mismo y dejamos enfriar.
- Cuando el bizcocho este del todo frío, desenrollamos, retiramos el paño y cubrimos con mermelada. Volvemos a enrollar sobre sí mismo.
- Colocamos una fuente y encima una rejilla con el bizcocho. En un cazo fundimos el chocolate con la nata, cuando el chocolate este completamente disuelto cubrimos el tronco con él. Dejamos enfriar, decoramos y servimos.
- Decoración! En este caso, simplemente añadí unos fideos de chocolate ya que lo serví ya cortado como si fueran pasteles (tenía otras cosas y quise hacer un variado) pero podemos utilizar fresas, almendra...
