- 300 ml. agua
- 1 diente ajo
- 3 c.s. salsa soja
- 1 trozo alga Nori

- 1 cayena(opcional)
- 1 vaso agua + el agua del tofu*
- 1-2 c.s tomate frito
- 1 taza guisantes congelados
- 1/2 vaso vino blanco

- 4 patatas medianas
- Aceite
- Sal

- Lo primero que haremos será poner a marinar el tofu, para ello cortamos el tofu en cuadrados grande y lo llevamos a un tupper. En un vaso de batidora ponemos el agua, salsa de soja, un diente de ajo y el alga Nori, trituramos todo y bañamos el tofu.
Removemos con cuidado para que quede cubierto y reservamos. Tendrá que estar mínimo 15-20 min. (si podemos más tiempo, mejor). - Mientras el tofu esta en el marinado pelamos, lavamos y cortamos las patatas en rodajas de 1 cm.
Freímos las patatas en aceite hasta que estén doradas por los dos lados. ponemos a escurrir sobre un papel absorbente y agregamos sal al gusto. (No lavéis la sartén de freír).
Damos un hervor a los guisantes. - Al pasar el tiempo del marinado escurrimos el tofu reservando el líquido. Disponemos un plato con maizena donde iremos rebozando el tofu y lo doramos en la misma sartén donde freímos las patatas. Cuando esté dorado por todos lados, pasasmos por un papel absorbente. Reservamos.
- Lavamos y picamos finita la cebolla, el diente de ajo y el perejil. En una sartén pochamos estos ingredientes con un chorrito de aceite y una guindilla (opcional).
Al ablandarse la cebolla agregamos los guisantes, el tomate frito, el agua del tofu y el otro vaso de agua. Removemos, probamos la sal, damos un hervor y retiramos. - Precalentamos el horno a 200ºC.
En una fuente apta para horno disponemos las patatas y encima el tofu. Regamos con la salsa y el vino blanco. Llevamos al horno 10 min. Servimos.
