- Pasados unos 5 minutos, añadimos los guisantes, yo voy a utilizar guisantes congelados que son más baratos y el resultado será igual de bueno. Le damos un par de vueltas. Y cubrimos con agua. Añadimos sal al gusto y le ponemos la tapa. Dejamos unos 15 minutos a fuego medio.
- Vamos a hacer un crujiente de jamón, para ello, en un plato ponemos un papel de cocina, sobre ese papel ponemos las lonchas de jamón bien extendidas, después ponemos otro papel de cocina encima del jamón y por último, ponemos otro plato encima y hacemos una ligera presión. Lo metemos en el microondas a máxima potencia durante 2 minutos y medio. A la hora de retirar el plato, tened cuidado porque quema bastante.
- Cuando han pasado 15 minutos, comprobamos si la patata está cocida, si está blanda precedemos a triturar. Si queréis, para que os quede una crema más fina, podéis pasarla por el colador. Yo no lo voy a hacer porque no me molesta.
- Una vez triturado, lo llevamos al fuego, le añadimos un chorrito de nata líquida y dejamos que hierva a fuego lento.
- Por último, servimos y le ponemos el crujiente de jamón por encima.
