  4. 1 cebolla
  5. 1 patata
  6. 4 dientes ajo

  9. 1 guindilla cayena
  10. Aceite de oliva
  11. Agua

  1. Lo primero que haremos será poner el bacalao a escaldar, para ello, ponemos agua a hervir, añadimos el bacalao y en cuanto empiece a hervir dejamos durante 1 minuto. Yo estoy utilizando un bacalao desalado congelado. Pasado ese minuto sacamos el bacalao y reservamos.
  2. Después vamos a trocear las verduras. Cogemos el pimiento rojo, le quitamos las semillas, hacemos unas tiras y después hacemos unos cuadraditos más o menos de este tamaño.
    A medida que vamos cortando la verdura la vamos reservando.
    Hacemos lo mismo con el pimiento verde. Reservamos.
    Pelamos los ajos y los laminamos. Ahora cogemos una cebolla y troceamos de un tamaño similar al de los pimientos. Después pelamos una patata y la troceamos en lascas.
  3. Ahora, añadimos un buen chorro de aceite en una cazuela y añadimos las verduras troceadas. Añadimos pizca de sal y dejamos que se vaya pochando a fuego medio-bajo.
  4. Mientras se va pochando la verdura, cogemos el bacalao, que ya estará frío, le quitamos la piel y lo desmigamos con las manos. Una vez desmigado, reservamos.
  5. Ahora cogemos una guindilla cayena y la añadimos a la cazuela en trocitos pequeños. Si no queréis añadirle picante, este paso lo podéis omitir. Le añadimos la salsa de tomate y la pulpa de pimiento choricero, removemos bien y dejamos que se siga rehogando unos 5 minutos.
  6. Después, añadimos el bacalao desmigado y dejamos que se cocine todo conjuntamente unos 3 minutos.
