  5. Picar la cebolleta, reservar. Escurrir y desmigar el atún, mezclar con la cebolleta y reservar
  6. Una vez frías las patatas, pelar y machacar con un tenedor. Reservar
  7. Machacar la zanahoria, reservar. Picar por separado la clara y la yema del huevo, reservar
  8. Con ayuda de un aro de emplatar vamos montando la ensalada
  9. Una capa de patata, cubrir con una capa de mayonesa.
  10. Encima el atún con la cebolleta y encima otra capa de mayonesa
  11. Otra capa de patata, otra de mayonesa y encima la zanahoria
  12. Sobre esta otra capa de mayonesa, las claras picadas y otra capa de mayonesa
  13. Terminar con las yemas picadas
  14. Retirar el aro con cuidado
  15. Servir fría
