- 400 gr almendra cruda (entera o triturada)
- 5 huevos medianos
- Ralladura de 1 limón

- Ponemos el horno a calentar arriba y abajo con el ventilador a 170 grados. Preparamos un molde desmoldable preferentemente. Abajo le ponemos papel de horno y ponemos también mantequilla en los laterales para que luego no se nos pegue la tarta
- Si la almendra está entera, la trituramos. Yo lo hice en la Thermomix, velocidad 8 alrededor de 15 segundos. Se quedan trocitos pequeñitos. Rallamos también el limón
- Mezclamos los huevos y el azúcar hasta que se quede la mezcla sueltita. Añadimos la ralladura de limón y la almendra y mezclamos todo, ha de quedar una mezcla compacta
- Vertemos la masa en el molde y lo horneamos alrededor de 35-40 minutos, con cuidado de que se dore pero que no se queme. La idea es que esté tostadita por fuera, pero esponjosa por dentro!
- Sacamos del horno, dejamos enfriar y desmoldamos a una fuente redonda. Sólo nos queda poner el molde de la cruz en el medio y espolvorear el azúcar glas por encima. Sacamos la cruz, y listo para disfrutar!!
