- Seguimos añadiendo el agua con el Avecrem desmenuzado y 1 hoja de laurel. Damos un par de vueltas, bajamos el fuego, semitapamos y cocinamos hasta que reduzca. Una media hora más o menos.
- Entonces añadimos también los macarrones mezclamos bien. Cocinamos 5 min. Añadimos 2 puñados de queso rallado de gratinar. Removemos bien durante un par de minutos. Apartamos del fuego
- Por otro lado untamos una bandeja de horno con mantequilla, esparcimos en ella los macarrones. Cubrimos los macarrones con queso rallado de gratinar.ponemos puntitos de mantequilla sobre el queso para evitar q se queme.
- Gratinamos unos 15 -20 min a 200°. Hasta que veas que se dora. Y listooooo!! A disfrutar!
