  1. Cocer arroz de sushi en este caso un vasito de 20ml. (Echar misma cantidad de agua que de arroz) y lavarlo bien antes de cocer.
  2. Cuando esté el arroz de sushi cocido en su punto, lo dejamos enfriar. Y ponemos a cocer el edamame.
    Mientras cortamos los ingredientes.
  3. Troceamos el filete de atún en cuadraditos unos 80 g.
    Cortamos el aguacate y cebolla también en cuadraditos.
  4. Montamos el plato.
    En un bol ponemos el arroz de sushi y añadimos todos los ingredientes. Por último añadir también el edamame ya cocido y sacado de la vaina.
    NOTA: también combina bien, como otros toppings, el mango o manzana.
  5. Por último añadir semillas de sésamo tostado, 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja (yo uso kikoman verde, baja en sodio) y salsa siracha mayo al gusto (da toque picante). Mezclar todo y a disfrutar.
    NOTA: también puede usarse la salsa teriyaki en vez de siracha mayo. (Al gusto)
