- Mientras precalentamos horno calor arriba y abajo 200 grados teniendo la llanda de cocer dentro del horno a media altura.
- Pasado ese tiempo se saca, se echa poca harina por encima se restriega con la mano, se hace las greñas con cuchillo que corte (yo tengo una cuchilla de afeitar, eso lo mejor)
- Se pasa a la llanda el pan y con 100 ml de agua se le echa al horno en la base para crear vapor y se cierra. 200 grados aprox 30 minutos. (Según horno y según gusto de tono de corteza)
- Pasado ese tiempo, queda un espectacular y delicioso pan
