  7. Cortamos por la mitad cada trozo de pan, para comerlos con mayor facilidad.
  8. Horneamos a 180º durante 15 minutos, calor arriba y abajo, partiendo de horno frío.
  9. Gratinamos a 180º durante 15 minutos más, como al comprobar su estado de cocción, aún estaba húmedo por el agua, gratine 10 minutos más.
  10. Servir y comer.
