- Cuando esté lista, la sacamos del horno y retiramos la costra de sal cuanto antes, para evitar que el pescado siga cocinándose en su interior. Yo me ayudé de un cuchillo y un martillo de cocina, debería salir con facilidad, tanto la sal como la piel de la lubina
- La limpiamos de piel y espinas lo mejor que podamos y las emplatamos con los acompañantes que hayamos elegido (ver arriba, en los ingredientes, los que yo elegí!). A distfrutar!!
