  2. Pasamos la soja texturizado por la picadora.
    Seguimos los pasos del fabricante y las ponemos en remojo 20 minutos y secamos
  3. Mientras picamos los ajos y el perejil.
  4. Escurrimos bien la soja testurizada, yo me he ayudado con un trapo en el escurridor para después cogerla mejor
  5. Ponemos la masa en un bol y le añadimos los huevos, la soja, los ajos, el perejil y las especias.
    Integramos los ingredientes.
    Le añadimos pan rallado, lo justo para espesar si nos hiciese falta
  6. Con la masa hacemos albóndigas o pelotitas.
    En una sartén con aove sofreímos las albóndigas, ojo al darle la vuelta no se deshagan
  7. Una vez cogen color, las apartamos y reservamos.
  8. En una olla de cuello ancho añadimos aove
    Cortamos en juliana fina la cebolla y la cocinamos a fuego medio.
    Le he añadido un poco de ñora seca molida y una cc de pimiento choricero
    Introducimos las albóndigas.
    Cocinamos a fuego medio.
  9. Le añadimos la salsa de tomate.
    Cocinamos 3 minutos, tapamos y apagamos el fuego.
    Dejamos con el residuo de la vitro 10 minutos más
