- Poner en cazuela, el aceite y encender a fuego medio, cuando esté caliente, echar toda la verdura, una pizca de pimienta, una pizca de perejil y sal al gusto,, las gambas las saltéanos muy poco y las reservamos, cuando ya esté pochada la verdura, retirar del fuego
- Toda la verdura, triturar y reservar
- Echar en olla, caldo de pescado, 1/2 litro de agua y pastilla de caldo de pescado, y cuando hierva, echar los nidos y dejar aldentes (no escurrir),iremos echando los nidos a la cazuela de la verdura sin escurrir
- Añadimos el triturado de verduras y escurrimos el vaso de batidora con caldo de donde hemos hervido la pasta, lo mezclamos y también vertemos a la pasta
- Servir la pasta y a modo de presentación les pones las gambas como quieras, yo se las he puesto así
